Hemorrhids are classified into 4 grade by severness of symptoms and features. (ie: from grade 1-grade 4)

Grade 1 hemorrhoids. ( Initial stage of hemorrhoids and bleeding without pain. no protrusion is observed.)
You can not look the hemorrhoids at this initial stage.( Grade 1 )

By inserting the instrument you can see the small hemorrhoid as shown below picture.(Grade 1)

Grade 2 of hemorrhoids. (middle stage of hemorrhoids. Slight protrusion is occur , but is spontaneously recovered.) (as shown below fig.1, and fig.2.)

Grade 3 hemorrhoids.(Advanced stage of hemorrhids. "marked protorusion" are occurred and sometimes you have to recover protoruded hemorrhoids by using your own finger.)
Grade 3 of Advanced Hemorrhoid with Marked Protorusion.

Grade 4 of hemorrhoids. (Advanced and incacerated protruded hemorrhoids with inflammation and pain.) Sometimes you have to visit doctor to treat incaceration of hemorrhoids .
